Privacy

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to send you a daily sports email, and you can stop it in one click. This note will be finalised with legal detail before launch.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send you the daily dispatch.
• Your sport and league preferences, so we know what to put in it.
• Your timezone, so kickoff times match where you are.
• A consent record: when you subscribed, plus technical details like your IP address and browser, so we can show you opted in.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to confirm your subscription (double opt-in) and send your daily dispatch. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your subscription. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or deleting your data — see below.

How long we keep it

For as long as you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep only a minimal record that you opted out (so we don’t email you again). If you delete your data, everything is removed.

Your rights and choices

• Change what you follow and your timezone from the “Manage preferences” link in every dispatch.
• Unsubscribe in one click from the bottom of any dispatch. We stop emailing you and keep only a minimal opt-out record.
• Delete your data (GDPR Art. 17 erasure) from the same preferences page. For your security we email you a link to confirm; once you click it, your email, preferences and consent record are permanently removed.
• You also have the right to access or correct your data — just contact us below.
